August - A Few More Purses and Cleaning Out The Closet

I'm too lazy to post pictures for some reason. Its been a slow couple weeks at the thrift store. I got a Fossil purse for $1.99 and a Thirty One Purse for $1.99. Sold the Thirty One purse pretty quick for $12.99. I've also been cleaning out my closets and listed a few clothing items I don't wear. Sold a pair of Lane Bryant pants for $15.00. Its funny how the little things can add up. I was about to throw them in a donation pile. Need to get back to the thrift stores!!!

August Purses!

I think purses are probably my favorite go to when it comes to flipping. Anything high end does great on eBay. Even the fakes. If you find the thrift store that doesn't know what they have, you can get some awesome finds. Here are 2 I got Saturday.

Prada backpack $4.94   SOLD $95.00

Louis Vuitton purse (pretty sure it's fake) $9.99   SOLD $100.00

Both these items were listed around 11:00 pm on the 8th and sold by 1:30 pm the next day. Best way to go! Now I need to get back to the thrift store because I have nothing to list. 

Total for July's Items

Well pretty much everything I bought in July to flip has sold. Except for a little dinky Japanese painting I took a chance on, but it was only $0.99. My total profit for the month was $194.94. Wahoo!! My goal is to do $400 a month. I'm sure that's really stretching but I'm game. Getting almost $200 is a great motivator. Since the money goes straight to my Paypal account, its really easy to make sure it gets set aside for debt repayment and not wasted on something frivolous.
